Grant of Share Options

The Company announces that, on 14 October 2008 and in accordance with Ordinary Resolution 9 - Amendment of Performance Share Plan and Use of New Performance Conditions, which was carried by the requisite majority at the Company's Annual General Meeting of the same date, it granted options over its 1p Ordinary Shares to the following directors:

* The above awards will be capable of vesting in equal 20% tranches on the next five  award anniversary dates based on the Company's TSR performance.
