Capitalisation Issue

It was announced on 25 September 2014 that 2,105,116 new 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each proposed to be issued by way of a capitalisation issue, had been issued but that the issue remained conditional upon the new preference shares being admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

Admission has now become effective and the 2,105,116 new 9 per cent cumulative preference shares have been issued.
