IS Solutions PLC15 April 2008 IS Solutions plc (the "Company") providers of a range of Internet design, website development and systems support services to public and private sector Exercise of options The Company announces that certain employees have today completed the exerciseof share options over a total of 150,000 ordinary shares. In addition, JimDodkins, Director, has today completed the exercise of share options over atotal of 70,000 ordinary shares The ordinary shares in respect of all of these options have been satisfied byway of transfer of the Company's holding of Treasury Shares. All of the shareoptions are at an exercise price of 6p per ordinary share, all pursuant to theCompany's Executive Share Option 'B' Scheme.
