Extraordinary General Meeting
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today in Harston, Cambridge at 1100hrs we can report that all resolutions were duly passed.
The sale of British Polar Engines Limited, the subsidiary to ABE, will be progressed in line with the terms set out in the Letter to shareholders dated 14 July 2020.
A further announcement will be made following completion of the proposed transaction.
