EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified today by Sanne Trust Company Limited, the trustees of the Impax Asset Management Group plc Employee Benefit Trust 2012 (the "EBT"), that on 31 May 2013 the EBT purchased 1,407,100 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 36.00 pence per share.

Following this purchase, the EBT holds 15,584,143 ordinary shares, representing 12.20% of the Company's current voting rights.
