The ex-dividenddate should be the 8th March 2006 and the record date should read the 10th March2006. All other details remain unchanged and the full amended text appearsbelow. Oxford Technology Venture Capital Trust Plc Dividend of 10 pence per share On 1 March, the High Court granted an order (the Order) enabling the Company tocancel its share premium account. The Order was registered at Companies Housetoday. As a result of the cancellation of its share premium account, the Company isable to pay a dividend. At a Board meeting held today, it was resolved to pay a cash dividend of 10pence on each ordinary share of 10 pence each. No scrip alternative is offered and no dividend reinvestment plan is in place.However shareholders should be aware that a prospectus for Oxford Technology 4VCT was issued on February 2nd and expects to remain open until April 5th 2006. As the Company is a venture capital trust, the dividend is not treated as incomein the hands of qualifying investors. The ex-dividend date is 8 March 2006.The record date for the dividend is 10 March 2006.The payment date is 28 March 2006.
