Disposal of interest in Fitbug Holdings plc

Westside Investments plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, announces that Pantheon Leisure plc, a subsidiary of Westside, disposed of 2,000,000 Fitbug Holdings Plc ("Fitbug") shares on 4 November 2014 at 4.4p per share.

Following this disposal, Pantheon Leisure plc has an interest in 4,254,000 Fitbug ordinary shares representing approximately 2.52 per cent. of the issued share capital of Fitbug.
