Disposal
The Directors announce that, on 5 October 2017, Adams sold a holding of 68,753 ordinary shares of €0.01 in GVC Holdings plc on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at a price of 850 pence per share for a total cash consideration of £584,400. Following this disposal, the Company will have cash balances of approximately £660,000. The Directors intend to reinvest the proceeds of the disposal in accordance with the Company's Investing Policy.
