Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was notified on Monday 28th February by William Wyatt, Director, that he had purchased on Friday 25th February 7,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 501 pence per ordinary share. William Wyatt now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 18,200 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
