Director's Share Purchase

Further to the announcement of 8 November 2010, Amiad, the producer and global supplier of water filters and filtration systems for the industrial, municipal and irrigation markets, announces that Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased a further 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 8 November 2010, at a price of 210 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Simon Olswang has an interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
