mporium Group PLC (AIM: MPM), the mobile commerce specialist, was notified on 21 April 2016 that, on 21 April 2016, certain Directors of the Company, as detailed in the table below, purchased ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share.
