Director's Disclosure Update 

In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Imaginatik Plc announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Howard Cleveley Marshall, Non-Executive Chairman of Imaginatik Plc, was appointed on 27 November 2008 as non-executive Chairman of JSJS Designs Plc, a company traded on AIM.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
