Plant Impact announces that it has received notification today that Mr Chris Tyler, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 58.5 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Tyler, is now interested in a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in Plant Impact, which represents 0.02% of Plant Impact's issued ordinary share capital.
