SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L), was notified today 10th April 2015 that on that date, (Allan) Graham Ward, Non-executive Director, purchased 28,075 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 89.05 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Graham Ward has a direct interest in 234,870 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.94% of the Group's total voting rights.
