Synety Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L), was notified on 4 October 2012 that on 3 October 2012 Simon Cleaver, Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 80 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Simon Cleaver now holds 92,606 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.89% of the Group's total voting rights.
