Notification of transactions by person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and connected persons
REA announces that, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, it received notification on 17 September 2012, that respectively, 10,743 and 10,742 9 per cent cumulative preference shares were purchased in London by each of Mr M Parry, a PDMR, and his wife, Angela Parry, at a price of 105 pence per share.
