Notification of transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
BCA was notified on 19 May 2017 that, on that day, 2,041,687 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 2.07 pence per ordinary share and 520,837 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 2.06 pence per share, ultimately on behalf of funds managed by Marwyn Asset Management Limited ("MAML"). Mark Brangstrup Watts and James Corsellis, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, are also directors of, and hold a beneficial interest in, MAML.
Following the purchase of shares, funds managed by MAML have an interest in 32,503,634 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
