Notification of transactions by director and connected persons
REA announces that it has today received notification in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that, on 27 April 2009, Emba Holdings Limited, being a person connected with Mr R M Robinow (the chairman of REA), sold in London 50,000 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of REA at a price of 96.5p per share.
