Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator has been informed that Patrick Willcocks, Company Secretary, today purchased 4,916 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 254.00 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Patrick Willcocks now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 174,270 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.16% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
