The Company has been notified that on 10th March 2016, Paul Nokes, a PDMR of the Company, sold 6,500 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 2310p each and a person connected to Paul Nokes sold 850 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 2314p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 91,152 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.24% of the issued share capital.
