North Midland Construction PLC11 June 2007 NORTH MIDLAND CONSTRUCTION PLC 11 JUNE 2007 DIRECTORS DEALING North Midland Construction Limited was informed on Friday 8 June 2007 that35,000 ordinary shares of 10p each had been sold that day by the trustees of the"TG Moyle 1967 Settlement" to the trustees of the "TG Moyle 1962 Settlement - RMoyle" at a price of 480p each. Mr M Garratt, a director of the company is atrustee of both trusts. The children of Mr R Moyle, a director of the company,are beneficiaries of the "TG Moyle 1962 Settlement - R Moyle". Following this transaction, the trustees of the "TG Moyle 1967 Settlement" areinterested in 779,888 ordinary shares representing 8.0% of the issued sharecapital and the trustees of the "TG Moyle 1962 Settlement - R Moyle" areinterested in 1,191,364 ordinary shares representing 12.2% of the issued sharecapital.
