Director shareholding
Camco International Limited ("Camco"), a global emissions reduction company, announces that Scott McGregor has today exercised his option over 1,379,392 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") held on his behalf in the Company's LTIP Trust account. In order to settle the tax falling due as a result of the exercise, Scott McGregor has also sold 600,000 Ordinary Shares at 13.75p. After these transactions, Scott McGregor holds 1,213,321 Ordinary Shares representing 0.69% of the total issued share capital.
