Publishing Technology plc (AIM: PTO.L), the leading provider of world-class software and services to the global publishing industry announces it has been notified that Neil Kirton, Non-Executive Director, today bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at 135 pence per share. Following this transaction, these are the only shares in the Company held by Neil Kirton.
