REA announces, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that it received notification on 17 October 2012 that NPK Holdings Limited, being a person connected with Mr J R M Keatley, a director of REA, on 12 October 2012 sold in London 28,333 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each in the company at a price of 108p per share.
