Graphene NanoChem, the nanotechnology and advanced materials company, announces that it was informed yesterday that, on 28 March 2013, Jespal Deol, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 130 pence each. As a result, Jespal Deol has a direct interest in 1,217,263 Shares, as well as an indirect interest through his 99.9 per cent. legal and beneficial interest in Total Platinum Holdings Sdn. Bhd. which holds a 69.3 per cent. interest in Platinum Energy Global Sdn. Bhd.
