Director's shareholding
StatPro announces that it was informed on 21 August 2008 that on the same day, Justin Wheatley, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 63.5p per share. Mr Wheatley's resultant share interest comprises 6,756,772 ordinary shares, representing approximately 12.37% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
