Director/PDMR Shareholding
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life sciences products, announces, it was notified today, Joseph Bayer, Executive Chairman has purchased 16,400 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each at a price of 58 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Joseph Bayer personally now holds a total of 49,240 shares. He also has a separate holding of 129,000 Ordinary Shares held via his Australian Superannuation Fund which Mr Bayer controls. Therefore, Joseph Bayer's total interest in the Company through direct and indirect holdings is 178,240 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
