Director's Share Purchase
Amiad, a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 20 September 2011, at a price of 196.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Simon Olswang has an interest in 45,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
