The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that Capital Gate Holding LLP acquired 6,910,025 shares in the Company on 3 April 2014 at a price of USD0.145 per share. Capital Gate Holding LLP is wholly owned by Nurgul Zhaukeyeva who also wholly owns Capital Gate Securities Limited, the Investment Adviser to the Company. Following this transaction, Capital Gate Holding LLP owns 6,910,025 shares in the Company. This represents 9.34% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
