Director Shareholding
The Company was informed on 6 October 2011 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, had on the 6 October 2011 purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.65 per OrdinaryShare.
Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 3,224,575 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.22% of the total issued sharecapital of the Company, with voting rights.
