Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been notified that on 21st November 2014 Andy Malpass, adirector of the Company, sold 1,350 ordinary shares in the Company at a priceof 2368.46p each and a person connected to Andy Malpass sold 2,100 ordinaryshares in the Company at a price of 2366p each. Following this notification hisshareholding is 83,429 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.22% of the issued share capital.
