Notification of transactions by director and connected persons
REA announces that it has today received notification in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that Emba Holdings Limited, being a person connected with Mr R M Robinow (the chairman of REA), has today sold in London 50,000 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of REA at a price of 94.5p per share.
