Director/PDMR Shareholding

IS Solutions plc (the "Company") received notification today that Jon West, Director, exercised options in respect of 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12p per share on 22 April 2009. These ordinary shares were transferred from treasury for the purpose of satisfying the exercise under the Executive Share Option 'B' Scheme.

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 1,378,468 shares in treasury and Mr West has an interest in 395,167 ordinary shares, representing 1.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.
