PDMR's Share Purchase

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Stephen Broome, a PDMR, on 26 February 2009 transferred 233,500 ordinary shares in the Company from his personal holding to his self-invested pension fund. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these shares and his total holding remains at 233,500 ordinary shares which is 0.28% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
