SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) was notified on 24 November 2015 and 25 November 2015 that on those dates, Sophie Tomkins, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased, in aggregate, 22,596 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 88.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Sophie Tomkins is interested in 22,596 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.17% of the Group's total voting rights.
