Charles Stanley Group PLC15 May 2006 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 12 May 2006, 3956 ordinary shares in the company forthe participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. The price paid bythe participants was 390.65p. These shares will be used to satisfy employees'contributions to the Plan deducted from their April pay.
