Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 3rd March 2014 Paul Stephens, a PDMR ofthe Company, called 1,443 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on thevesting of his 2010 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. 681 of theshares have been sold at 2453.042p each. Following this notification hisshareholding is 76,198 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.20% of the issued share capital.
