Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the broadband satellite operator, was notified by John Brackenbury, Chairman, that he purchased 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 242.8 pence on 19 September 2013. John Brackenbury now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 485,630 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.46% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
