Formation announces that on 20 November 2008 Mark Page, a director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 6.5 pence per share.

These Ordinary Shares will be registered in Mark Page's SIPP. Following the purchase, Mark Page holds 452,493 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
