Awards in respect of 2015 bonuses were granted on 23rd March 2016 under the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (“DABP”) to various persons. Awards were granted in accordance with the rules governing the DABP and awards vest three years after grant provided the participant is still employed in the Company’s group at that time. Details of awards granted to directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") are as set out in the table below.
