Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) was informed on 14 February 2014 that William Camp, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, on that day acquired an interest in 600 ordinary 25p shares in the Company (“Shares”) by means of the purchase of 150 American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) on the New York Stock Exchange at a price of 660.12 pence per share (being the equivalent of US$44.22 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.6747). Mr Camp now has an interest in 2,200 Shares in the Company.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
