Formation announces that it has received notification of the following Director's dealings made on 30 August 2012:

Mr Noel O'Carroll, property director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Group at 1.1p per share. Following this purchase, the total holding of Noel O'Carroll in the Group amounts to 755,316 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.34 per cent of the issued share capital).
