REA announces that it has today received notification in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that, on 12 October 2011, Emba Holdings Limited, being a person connected with Mr R M Robinow (chairman of REA), sold in London 200,000 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of REA at a price of 99p per share.
