Notification regarding director's shareholding

REA announces that, following the statement 'Disclosure and Model Code obligations in respect of the use of shareholdings as security' issued by the FSA on 9 January 2009, it has been notified that Mr D H R Killick, a director holding 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p in the company, holds 9,000 of such shares, representing 0.03% of the ordinary share capital, in a Lloyds deposit account as collateral for membership of the Corporation of Lloyds insurance market.
