Director's Dealing

The Board of HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, was informed on 12 July 2011 that on the same day, James Howgego, Finance Director, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 11p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Howgego's total beneficial interest in the Company is 650,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.06 per cent. of its issued share capital.
