Directors Dealing

The Company announces that earlier today, the Robert Moyle 1996 Trust, of which Robert Moyle, the Company's Chairman, is a non-beneficial trustee, bought 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 220 pence per share.

Following this purchase, the Robert Moyle 1996 Trust holds 642,500 Ordinary Shares. 

The Company also announces that on 17 June 2011, Mr Mike Garratt, the Company's Finance Director bought 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 220 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mike Garratt holds a beneficial interest of 133,700 Ordinary Shares.
