Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 29 January 2016 that Spencer Dredge, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 768,311 ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 1.30 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Spencer is interested in 1,819,795 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.13 per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
