The Company has been notified that Andy Langman (Director) transferred 66,294 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at a price of 120 pence per share on 4 April 2014.

As a result of this transaction, Andy Langman's holding changed to 187,162 Ordinary Shares (374 sold to pay transaction costs) which represents approximately 1.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
