Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY) announces that it received notification on 25 May 2011 that on that day, Tim Heeley, Chief Executive Officer and Richard Swindells, Chief Financial Officer designate, of Nighthawk purchased a total of 312,384 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. The number of shares purchased and resulting shareholdings are set out below:
