Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 4 January 2016 that Mark Braund, Chief Executive Officer, through the JMC Trust purchased 1,388,888 million ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 1.89 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mark Braund is interested in 10,238,888 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.74% per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
